When you use ArtGeni, we collect the minimum data necessary to provide the service: • Account data: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a hashed password. We never store plain-text passwords. • Usage data: We log the number of prompts generated per account (for rate limiting and billing). We do not log prompt content. • Image data: Images you upload are processed transiently in memory and are never written to disk or stored in any database. They are discarded immediately after the API call completes. • Technical data: Standard server logs include IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, and request timestamps. These are retained for up to 30 days for security and abuse prevention.

We use the data we collect exclusively to: • Operate and improve the ArtGeni service • Enforce usage limits on free-tier accounts • Process and fulfill Pro subscription payments • Investigate and prevent abuse, fraud, or security incidents • Respond to your support requests We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond providing this service.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with: • Cloudflare AI: Your images are transmitted to Cloudflare's AI API for processing. Cloudflare processes these under their own privacy policy and data processing agreement with us. Images are not retained by Cloudflare after processing. • Payment processors: If you subscribe to Pro, payment data is handled by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store credit card details. • Legal requirements: We may disclose data if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users.

• Images: Never stored — discarded immediately after processing. • Generated prompts: Stored only if you explicitly save them to your history. Deleted when you delete them or close your account. • Account data: Retained for the life of your account. Deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request. • Server logs: Retained for 30 days, then automatically purged.
